This course is certified by Yoga Alliance USA and all syllabus falls under the Yoga Alliance standards. Our course is a multi –style YTTC course which covers various yoga styles like Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, different meditational techniques , anatomy , philosophy , mind power , hospitality experience designer program and much more.All above packages are all inclusive of course fee + shared accommodation + food + sightseeing + backwater houseboat cruise + study material + yoga mat + one uniform + tea factory / ayurveda medicine factory visit.
Day 1 – Consultation with Resident Yogi, Meditation, Yogasana, Pranayama, Ayurvedic Rejuvenation
Day 2 – Meditation in the herbal plantation, Yogasana, Pranayama,Visit of Spices Manufacturing unit, Ayuvedic Rejuvenation.
Day 3 – Meditation at the Hill top, Yogasana , Pranayama, Diet advise by the doctor, Sun salutation.
