I have been practicing yoga for about 10 years but my Adineelyog Studio's journey started when I was invited for a talk by Professor Timothy Stemmler at College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan (January, 2019). Been a pharmacologist by profession I was determined to give a talk on my research activities but my inner self forced me to deliver the talk on topic related to the roots of India. I decided to talk on Holistic Approach for Health Care Management- A Better Option. For entire eight months I educated myself theoretically in yogic science. While I was doing that, I discovered my love for yoga. I felt a deep connection with this art form and that's when I decided to learn more. After coming back to India I undergone teacher’s training in Yoga. After successful completion of training, I started wide spreading this knowledge to peoples through classes and workshops. I also worked on my form, started experimenting with different poses and, their transitions. I am still diving into the ocean of yogic sciences and updating my knowledge through continuous online and offline courses. The more I am going into it, the more I am finding my true self. I established Adineelyog with my team, with ultimate goal to bring peace and positivity in people’s life, to see them smile, to teach the basics of a healthy lifestyle, to help them realize the importance of that 'me time'. When I look back and examine the journey as a whole, I remember starting my practice with a small group of people looking for a positive change. I watched them grow in their determination to step onto the mat and keep returning back. With each passing day I watched them discover their confident self. Today, Adineelyog Studio provides the same determination, confidence and positivity to many such individuals on different platforms. We organize daily physical and online classes, workshops, personal guidance, certification courses, counseling sessions and much more. Our only goal is to see you smile, not just physically but from within. All we want is to evoke the feeling of self love and self care and ensure that this feeling ignites your soul to discover your enlightened self.
