Nisha has scored highest ever marks in Diploma in Yoga Education in the history of Yoga Department DAVV Indore and Gold midlist in MA Philosophy, she is presently perusing her Ph. PADMASANA YOGA
Padmasana is the asana, which is also named as lotus position is a cross-legged sitting posture. Padmasana is the yoga to encourage the proper breathing, which is basic thing in the meditative process and also improves the physical body stability. Reality is that which never changes, which is absolute, unlimited, and is never contradicted by any other thing or experience. For experience that reality we need some workout, it helps to find out the truth of the world. Padmasana is that type of asana, which helps to realize the truth.
VAKRASANA YOGA
This Asana is designed to twist the spine to the right and left side in from its erect position. The spine is made up of highly elastic joints and can be moved to any direction.
SUTRA NETI YOGA
This practice is ideally done in the early morning after brushing your teeth, though it can be practiced at any time of the day. Acquire a rubber catheter of size between 1 mm and 3 mm from any medical store. Select a size which you feel is comfortable for you to use, through trial and error or through expert advice.
