Manav’s Yoga online classes on a friends recommendation and I can't thank her enough for introducing me to Yoga and especially to this class. During the lockdown, yoga is the perfect form of exercise that one can do without going to the gym and under a trained professional. The weekly meditation practice has helped me a lot. It has made me more active in my day to day routine. The pain in my body due to wrong postures and bad lifestyle have vanished in a month’s time. Practicing yoga with others give a community feeling that is otherwise missing due to the COVID-19 crisis. Yoga is a journey to explore one’s mind, body and thought and manav sir is helping us in our journey. We can ask her about the right posture as many times as we want, she has a lot of patience and zeal to focus individually on every student. If you are not sure about Yoga, just give a chance and take a trial class. It will change your perception.
