Vidhi Mam is an excellent mentor and it is a great place to shed weight with a mix of yoga, exercise, zumba and some bit of dancing as well - all well planned around to get you fit and have fun along with work out. Highly recommended!!

A place where you can feel the positive vibrations ; yoga mentor & facilitator Vidhi ji takes you through the yogic postures with great patience , her pleasant disposition adds to the whole experience . Attending sessions here has benefitted me immensely and I look forward to going there . The weekly yog Nidra session is one of my favourites ! 🌸
