Manjeet Yogalaya

Hello & Namaste everyone!!! I have been associated/ part of Manjeet Yogalaya, for quite some time now. It was the beginning of lockdown in the year "2020" when I had my 1st experience of Online Yog Class with "Mr. Manjeet Sthapak" whom I like addressing/ calling Manjeet Sir. What inclined me to join this class? I Was eager to be a part of Manjeet Sir's Asana class, since I 1st saw, him conducting "Asana Class for 1 month TTC @ TYI, Mum to having him as a part of our faculty @ TYI Goa. From here onwards I was a part of his "Yog Tales/ Bhagvad Geeta" session/s almost every Saturday & Sunday, to being a part of his "Yogic Chitchat" & now continuing with the "Yog Sutra Class" & "Meditation Class" have been there all. In all the classes/ sessions that I have attended, I have never felt like I am attending a class, because Manjeet Sir has always taken care to make all his members/ students to feel like a part of his "Manjeet Yogalaya Family" & has made his each and every class, be it a "Asana Class" or "Yog Sutra Class" full of love, fun, a open forum where one absolutely feels at ease to ask any question or share any experience...as "Manjeet Sir likes to call it...the "Healthy Yogic Gossip". I can go on & on, but to conclude... anybody looking for a place to learn Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, also the philosophical aspect of Yoga in a fun way..."Manjeet Yogalaya" is the place to go to. Also, how can I forget mentioning about the "Personal counselling sessions", "30 Days Mindfulness programme" & "Kids camp"...Manjeet Sir along with his amazing team takes care to curate each & everything very thoughtfully & keeping his "Sadhakas/ family members of Manjeet Yogalaya" in mind. Namste.. I'm Swati Mum of Shlok n Shaurya Bhong🙏 I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone Manjeet Sir, Radhika ma'am, Rajni ma'am n Krupali ma'am & Rachana ma'am for giving my sons such a great and memorable experience The people and programs had such a huge impact on the boys. These were the most memorable 15 days of their summer vacation. I saw such big leaps in their confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm. My older son Shlok who is very shy by nature is very happy n excited all the day. And Shaurya also very excited they all the day eagerly waiting for 3.30 to join the meeting😄😇. Though I was busy in my classes they themselves joined camp everyday n completed all the activities their own way. It has been an amazing experience for them. The camp is extremely well organised with outstanding staff. And they met so many new friends, The activities and excursions are excellent – it really is a unique camp.
