Amazing experience , best environment, very comfortable and professional. I had Arthritis, back pain, cervical problem before I joined hear. also! I was mentally conscious and now I am living a healthy and comfortable life, all thanks to Prem ma'am. I advise everyone to join hear for a great and healthy.

"Yoga within healthy environment" Place has large windows unlike other workout places that makes the surroundings healthy. We are made to do many varieties of fun exercises so the sessions are fun. Prem mam is hardworking, she's professional and very good at her work as well as a very polite and humble person.
