Just want to say thank you so much , Aruna ! You are a wonderful compassionate yog instructor as well Naturopathy Dr .The way you instructs to master any yog pose is commendable .At the age of 67 I could learn Vakasan , I never dreamt of doing . The way you guided for Detoxification diet and healthy life style was amazing ..we learnt not to shock the body and reach the goal . Pranayam and guided meditations are superb . Depth of knowledge regarding any aspect of Yog, meditations or healthy lifestyle is just amazing .My husband got his tests done in May , and now in October , All the reports , be it cholesterol, sugar level, creatinine counts came down to healthy normal . Thank you for all you do for all of us . I am blessed to have you in my life , we all !

when mam says tell your baby that you will have normal delivery with short labour pain,and you keep repeating this to yourself trust me it works. i have delivered baby girl,and had normal delivery with short labour pain. all breathing exercises helps a lot during labour. highly recommended.

Normal delivery is every women's dream and so was mine since the day I conceived. But with a terrible first 6 months of pregnancy with acute nausea and losing about 12kgs until 6 months it surely seemed like a dream until I was introduced to Aruna aunty( I like to call her aunty than maam 😊)..by my sister Shreya in my 7th month. She convinced me to start yoga and trust me that was the best decision I made. After 36 hrs of going through intense contractions finally had a normal delivery and gave birth to my precious ' Advik'. The only person haunting me all the while was Aruna aunty. Her motivation, teachings, positivity and never give up attitude kept me going and I still cant believe that I delivered normally. Aunty I cant thank you enough for everything and have deepest regards and gratitude that cannot be expressed in words. Thank you for always being there. 🙏

Aruna Ma’am as without your support and guidance this wouldn’t have been possible and I am glad I joined Yogamrit for pregnancy yoga from 4th month. In 28 weeks I got to know my baby was in breech position with one chord around her neck. In 32 weeks scan again the position was same. But I had a strong belief in ma’am’s words that she always used to say that we should say “I am going to have a normal delivery with short and easy labor” and I strongly manifested that and I used to talk to my baby when she was in my womb. I have delivered in 35 weeks as my cervical length was short. By the grace of god I had delivered to a baby girl with a short labor and normal delivery.
