Just want to say thank you so much , Aruna ! You are a wonderful compassionate yog instructor as well Naturopathy Dr .The way you instructs to master any yog pose is commendable .At the age of 67 I could learn Vakasan , I never dreamt of doing . The way you guided for Detoxification diet and healthy life style was amazing ..we learnt not to shock the body and reach the goal . Pranayam and guided meditations are superb . Depth of knowledge regarding any aspect of Yog, meditations or healthy lifestyle is just amazing .My husband got his tests done in May , and now in October , All the reports , be it cholesterol, sugar level, creatinine counts came down to healthy normal . Thank you for all you do for all of us . I am blessed to have you in my life , we all !

when mam says tell your baby that you will have normal delivery with short labour pain,and you keep repeating this to yourself trust me it works. i have delivered baby girl,and had normal delivery with short labour pain. all breathing exercises helps a lot during labour. highly recommended.

Normal delivery is every women's dream and so was mine since the day I conceived. But with a terrible first 6 months of pregnancy with acute nausea and losing about 12kgs until 6 months it surely seemed like a dream until I was introduced to Aruna aunty( I like to call her aunty than maam 😊)..by my sister Shreya in my 7th month. She convinced me to start yoga and trust me that was the best decision I made. After 36 hrs of going through intense contractions finally had a normal delivery and gave birth to my precious ' Advik'. The only person haunting me all the while was Aruna aunty. Her motivation, teachings, positivity and never give up attitude kept me going and I still cant believe that I delivered normally. Aunty I cant thank you enough for everything and have deepest regards and gratitude that cannot be expressed in words. Thank you for always being there. 🙏

Thank you thank you thank you so much Aruna Ma’am as without your support and guidance this wouldn’t have been possible and I am glad I joined Yogamrit for pregnancy yoga from 4th month. In 28 weeks I got to know my baby was in breech position with one chord around her neck. In 32 weeks scan again the position was same. But I had a strong belief in ma’am’s words that she always used to say that we should say “I am going to have a normal delivery with short and easy labor” and I strongly manifested that and I used to talk to my baby when she was in my womb. I have delivered in 35 weeks as my cervical length was short. By the grace of god I had delivered to a baby girl with a short labor and normal delivery. Thank you so much Ma’am for your support, positiveness, guidance and always being there 24x7.

I would highly recommend anyone looking for prenatal yoga classes to join Yogamrit. I had a wonderful experience there and Dr. Aruna Ji really helped me regain my strength and flexibility (after being on rest for a few months) during my pregnancy. She follows a holistic approach where you not only practice yogasanas but also pranayam and guided meditation for physical, mental and spiritual health. She has exceptional knowledge in the field of prenatal yoga and also advises on diet, labour and post natal care.

I did my pre-natal yoga classes online from the US with Dr.Aruna for about 5 months. It was the best experience I had. Classes were always so detailed & clear. Dr.Aruna is so patient & will always listen to your problems & guide you with specific exercises. Along with the yoga classes, she also has sessions for postpartum, breastfeeding & labor. They were all so well organised & informative. Overall an amazing experience with her. You won’t regret joining her classes.

Aruna Ma’am is an expert pre natal yoga teacher. If you are regular at her classes you are fit throughout your pregnancy and the labour is short and easy. She teaches many things about pregnancy care and post partum apart from yoga.She is very caring , polite and helpful.

Aruna aunty has been such a blessing during my pregnancy journey. I look forward to her classes everyday. She has helped me stay active and relaxed through out! Highly recommend other mothers-to-be to join!

I joined the classes online for general physical fitness and mental well-being. Through regular practice of the techniques taught by the good doctor here I felt a tremendous increase in vitality and great sense of calmness and composer during stressful situations. I have my 8 year old son following the techniques taught by Dr. Aruna. His concentration and overall performance in academics and sports has improved in a very short period of time.
