Nitya Sadhana Kudir is a Yoga and Vedanta Ashram in Kerala, South. In this Ashrambild you could study various aspects of Yoga and Vedanta in depth, i.e., a detailed study of classical Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Vedanta. We will also introduce other Yogas such as Bhakti, Karma and Jnana. Courses are available depending on your personal interest and experience. We offer daily yoga classes, yoga retreats, yoga teacher training programs and advanced yoga teacher training programs. Upon successful completion of certain courses, you will receive a certificate. The best qualifications are your interest and willingness to learn.
Nitya
Nitya has been practicing yoga and Vedanta for over 31 years. He studied Yoga with nSwami Vishnudevananda at his Ashram in South and learned Vedanta from Swami Brahmananda of Divine Life Society Rishikesh. Both these teachers were disciples of Master Sivananda. Nitya spent many years living in Ashrams in, running successful Yoga center in Toronto and London, Canada and is currently residing at his Ashram in Kerala, South.Depending on the program and time of year, Nitya will invite various teachers he has personally trained to assist in the teaching programs.
In this course you will study Yoga in depth, i.e., a detailed study of classical Hatha Yoga and Raja Yoga. We will also introduce other Yogas such as Bhakti, Karma and Jnana. Upon successful completion of this course, you will receive a certificate (There will a written test at the end of the course). This three week students will have a chance to teach. some previous experience is necessary to join this course. The best qualifications are your interest and willingness.
This one month course of Vedanta will help you to learn the basic of non-dualistic theory and its practical application. We will look at vedanta theories according to the great saint Acharya Sankara and consider other Vedantic teaching also .

This course is really fit for those who have done a yoga teachers training course and want to improve their knowledge about yoga and Vedanta. It is also right course for those who want to improve their personal spiritual practice. This course got over 500 hours of study as practice and theory. We consider and care to help everyone for their practice and to improve their theory knowledge. It is important to have the basic knowledge about yoga such as teacher’s course or intensive course with us or any one month course with any institution which nitya recognize (Any yoga teachers certification course)
Space is limited to 12 people based on double occupancy with en suite washroom. Tent space can be arranged which may be nicer for your privacy. We encourage you to bring a tent.
We provide two meals per day which will be simplen food vegetarian meals. Meals include rice, rotti, idili, or dosa with two courses of vegetables, papad, salads and yogurt. Of course, there will be a different meal each day! If you have any specific dietary needs please inform us when you register. You are welcome to bring your own snacks.
