One of the most wonderfully designed and maintained heritage resort with an ode to traditional Kerala architecture but with all the amenities that a modern day Traveller wants . Exceotional service by the team at KLS made the visit and stay @ Kumarakom wonderful

The room was lovely but there were only 16 loungers by the pool. With such a big resort this was way too few. Also there was no system for managing them so people left towels and books on loungers and they were empty for hours. We didn't get one at all. Either put more loungers out or have a system where staff politely ask gusts to take their possessions with them and get a new lounger on their return. That way we could all enjoy the pool area and view.
