I am really proud of practising yoga at Samagra Yog Sadhana kendra, under most knowledgeable & dedicated yoga guru Dr. Awadhesh Sharma ji. Fundamentals on yoga postures and adoption of yogic practices in the daily life is emphasised. My personal experience was fantastic. My wife aged 68 years has also done away with many of her physical problems by doing regular yoga practices at this kendra. I joined the Centre 4 years ago with knee problems, which made me literally disabled, but by doing regular yoga practice under the able guidance of the teacher is able to lead a healthy & active lifestyle now. We now feel that all the people irrespective of age, must observe yoga practice in order to lead an active & healthy lifestyle. Thank God, we are really lucky to have such world class Yoga center in our city of Lucknow.
