Focuz Ayur Centre

I stayed at Focuz Ayur Centre from 9th Oct to 14th Oct 2021 along with my family. It's an amazing place located on the edge of a hill with beautiful view points. The people are very friendly and hospitality is at its best. Dr. Mubasshir is an expert in Ayurveda and was very helpful in treatment of my wife. It is 100% safe & secure place where you can trust the people there.

Therapists Usha, Shruti, Preeti, Aneesha are very much careful in doing the treatment. Their listen to my problem and provide proper solution by doing follow up with the docters. I stayed one week in Focuz Auyrcenter for rejuvenation treatment. The location of the center is pretty good, it is set in a quiet place, 20 km from Calicut, up on a small hill with an amazing view from the rooftop. You can also see the sea from there :) The building is very clean, the rooms are clean too. Hot water, fridge, kettle, wifi and TV are provided. The bed was hard a bit, but I guess it is because it is better for your back :) The staff is exceptionally friendly, helpfull and dedicated. I appreciated a lot the personalised attention I received from all, Nadeera (at the reception) who is always smiling ang ready to help, the therapists and the nurses, the cook and the kitchen staff who were there to satisfy to all my needs. The doctor was very kind and is always taking time for listening his patients. He visits all the patients daily. The theraphists (especially Usha) are good. The massages are very different from the massages in the west, but this is an approved centuries old system of medicine!!! And the food, a real delight! Very, very tasty and healthy! This was my first Ayurvedic experience. At the end of my stay I was feeling very relaxed and refreshed. I am planning to return for another three weeks for full Panchakarma treatment.
