Hatha, Ashtanga and the Mysore-style are some of the yoga practices on offer at TAS. Dance enthusiasts can choose from multiple styles including hip-hop, house, Bollywood, street jazz and heels dance.
In addition to workouts, TAS offers courses and classes in specialised fields such as meditation and healing, medical yoga, and pre-natal and post-natal yoga.
