The design theme is drawn to provide a rustic, environment friendly traditional evolving dynamic external building appearance and structure by way of use of local materials specially stone. The internal structure plays a dual role of supporting the external rustic appearance as well as state-of-art facilities. It creates a fusion where rustic external diffuses with the internal appearance in a smooth transition creating state-of-art and hi-tech facilities environment to enjoy and pamper with.
Building Units consists of two structures. The main block with a spacious hall provides wide view of the surrounding natural vegetation. It houses the common facilities like reception, lounge, dining and kitchen. The second building unit comprises of well planned and spacious eight luxurious cottages. The external stone walls provide rustic and elegant look where as internal space provides modern look. The ample use of windows and louvers help to bring in natural light as well as freshness in each cottage.
Wooden and coir carpet flooring, teak wood furniture, latex mattresses, hand made lamps, marc bath fittings and cera bath wares are some of the in-room items which provides comfortable and luxurious stay for the visitors.
Farmyard is the main attraction of the retreat theme of organic living and dining. The site consists of 11 acres of vegetation area with landscape surrounding the building units, campfire place, view points area, rose garden, vegetable and fruit garden, nursery and spice plantations (cardamom, pepper, coffee, etc).
