I have just returned from the most amazing experience of my life. Everything about Anahata is very very special. The founder Kiran works tirelessly designing, building and evolving his incredible project, a beautiful oasis of natural peace in rural India, this project exists to offer local disadvantaged, disabled and mentally challenged people a chance to heal, a chance to live in perfect harmony with an organic vegetarian diet mainly sourced onsite. Some come on a daily basis, some stay onsite. Yoga is a big part of life here, whether like me a first time beginner to the most advanced, all set in the most amazing natural space, and hosted by the talented yoga master Kiran.
I honestly believe this to be one of the most beautiful, magical and spiritual places on earth, all the people i met here at Anahata seem very happy, from the gardeners, builders, cook etc and all work together in pure harmony. there is no set timetable to adhere to, do what you like when you like, interaction with the children is wonderful and taught me so much.
I do not have one bad or negative thing to say about Anahata or Kiran (inspirational), if you are fortunate to be able to visit you will be dumbfounded by its natural beauty, and by the life and love it exudes.
I feel honoured and extremely privileged to have been able to visit and to become a part of the Anahata family, I hope to return soon.
Dear Kiran, thank you for everything, it was perfect.
