After a lot of years of brainstorming and being confused about whether I should join a gym, do yoga, simply run or maybe just do dieting, in my struggle of trying to loose weight, finally July 2021 motivated me to enroll myself in yoga. A close friend also inspired me and encouraged me to do so. And it’s been 3 months since then and my body, my heart, my mind and I am extremely thankful and grateful to my friend and Karuna ma’am. Few months back, I was a person suffering with PCOD and loosing weight was the real battle! But now, not only I have lost weight, I have gained so much of self confidence. My PCOD levels have almost gone, my period cycle is normal and my body is so flexible. I can finally feel my skin and not just the fat! Also, being a psychologist myself, it has improved my mental health too. No matter how much workload/stress I have, I am much calmer and at peace with myself. A huge shoutout to Karuna ma’am and the fabulous work that she does with all of us!❤️
