I really enjoyed completing my 200 courses in Adwait Yoga School. The environment here is very good and as well as all the teachers too. One thing is even better, you can clear yourself as many times as you want by asking again and again. Yogi sir is very cooperative and also very understanding.I highly recommend Adwait Yoga School. I had an excellent experience on the 200 hours teacher training course. yogi sir appreciated me a lot🙏 it means he teaches very closely to everyone. This school is better than all the yoga schools. I searched for many institute and inquired about the content and finally got to know about Adwait Yoga School on internet then I talked Yogi Anand sir over the phone. He explained me everything about the course that fulfilled all my requirements which I was looking for long so I joined 200 hours YTT. It was an excellent experience here. All the teachers are very helpful and having outstanding knowledge and I learned so much here that helped me to polishing my yoga skills and enhanced my theoretical knowledge as well. The best school to learn yoga techniques and flexibility improving techniques . Apart from that yogi Anand ji and Vinod ji were absolutely perfect in imparting theoretical knowledge and practical’s respectively. I would suggest every yoga lover to choose it . This course is very to the point and has a good structure.Teachers are amazing .. they will give explanation to all of your questions even it is a basic one .i learned correct postures including breathing techniques ..The way here teachers and yogi Aanand ji explains the theory part it’s amazing to hear them ..at the end of the course I felt perfectly trained with theory practical all aasnanas including names too .. I highly recommend this course who is looking forward to this ..Thank you for a great course .. This has more than met my expectations..😊

It's been a very great journey and a short one, but the amount of knowledge I got from this school is very impressive and very blissful. Very ritualistic atmosphere and I loved the way we chant mantras before our classes and after it ends. I am gonna miss our everyday classes and our teachers specially Yogi Anand Ji🙏. Before joining here I really had no one who could've guided me in the right path of my life and Yogi Sir ji guided me the best. He always motivated his students always keep their mindset positive and focused towards the studies. Yogi Sir made me believed that Trust has a lot of power and I trusted him the most while he is guiding me in my spiritual journey. I hope if anyone will join his classes he/she will be really very satisfied with the amount of knowledge they will get from sir. I always needed extra time for his classes because the more time we take from him is always the less. Yogi Sir made us believe in ourselves and he really helped me built the confidence in me. Iv been wanting to learn yoga since 4 years but i guess the time was right only now, after searching through several yoga schools i shortlisted Adwait and messaged yogi anand ji, i was sold within minutes of chatting with him that is the the right school for me, and i can proudly say that it was. I fall short of words to describe how blessed i feel to have come in contact with yogi anand ji, his immense knowledge is something that everyone can benefit from… every class of his is mesmerising, his knowledge and experience not just in the Indian philosophy but Buddhism is also something worth appreciating. Iv become an ardent fan of Buddhist teachings thanks to him. I came upon the Adwait Yoga School on the internet when I was searching for a Yoga school to do my teacher training course in Delhi. I went to meet the founder, Yogi Anandji, and after talking to him, I decided that that this was the school to try, amongst all the others that I had short listed. For I did not just want to learn about asana and pranayama, as often ‘Yoga’ is mistaken to be; I wanted to learn much more than that - Yoga as my spiritual path to my own self-discovery. And I was not disappointed. Yogiji is very experienced in all aspects of Yoga and although my training was delayed by the second wave of the covid pandemic that hit Delhi, Yogiji and his team made it possible for me to complete my training. I especially enjoyed the sessions on Yoga philosophy, meditation, mindfulness etc. and appreciated Yogijji’s taking time to answer my queries. I think that everybody should take some time out to participate in such training/session, whether they plan to teach Yoga or not, for what is/can be more important than bringing a balance between your body, mind and soul and understanding that you are not separate from the whole. Before I have started the yoga course with Adwait Yoga School, I have been teaching P.E for more than 15 years and also received certification on yoga at my home country. The curriculum provided by Adwait Yoga School is structured well; therefore, I was able to study and exlplore yoga much more throughout the course. I have completed 200 RYT course and will be going to start 300 RYT course soon. Initially I had gone there just to do my 200hrs.teacher training as its Yoga Alliance Registered School, I am already in this profession from long but I really like the way they teach everything in deep and did my meditation course and converted 200 hrs in 500hrs. Adwait Yoga school is amazing studio. I truly recommend this yoga studio. I’ve done 200hrs training course with yogi Anand and everyday I so touched his well organised class and his knowledge. He is so kind and always ready to listen with student’s opinion/questions. I worried with online yoga class before I start because It is physical work. But he adjusted even one small mistake which is really what I want. I always have doubt my posture like downward facing dog, halasana or others. I learned so many things from this course so I strongly recommend this studio to all yoga lovers! 😊
