A life member at Hith yoga ????? Truly love the ambience and the energy of the location . Gaurav and Hitanshi are truly devoted and committed in enabling and providing the most passionate yogis as instructors . Truly love ?? the practice and the facilities ! Will highly recommend to one and all.

I used to go for Zumba class but recently joined this trial class only , was so inspired and relieved so immediately joined for three months. It connects to your soul and that inner peace is so much require . I must say thanks to Ruchi for doing a wonderful service to uplift every corner of our life.

I joined Hith Yoga studio during my trip in New Delhi as I needed some practice (and peace of mind). Contacting them was extremely easy and I received a warm response very promptly... Such a positive first impression! When I arrived, I found a lovely, relaxing studio and was welcomed by the teacher. The yoga session was honestly one of the best ones I had, and found the guided meditation very soothing yet energizing. At the end, the teacher was extremely available to answer a few questions I had to better my practice. I hope to come back soon and I warmly invite everyone to improve your wellbeing by joining this studio (even if you are on a short stay in New Delhi, like I was!). Namaste??

I had the wonderful chance to join Hith Yoga in Delhi, was totally unexpected and I am so glad I could make it. The class was peaceful and I felt connected with the people around me and the environment. I also liked the balance between relaxation and quiet moments with the more active assanas or poses. Sadly I was only on a short trip to India and Delhi, otherwise I would love to join these classes permanently, I totally recommend this yoga studio for regular yoga practice or as a drop in session like me.

I’ve been going to Ruchi’s Yin Yoga classes for 5 months now – she is both such a wonderful instructor and a wonderful human being. She is generously loving and caring, leaves space for everyone to practice in their own pace, and I always feel much happier after yoga with her. I dropped in a class conducted by Ruchi, her way of conveying the instructions and the flow of the class came with a sense of serenity and balance for the body and mind. I do recommend anyone to explore this class here.
