ORIGIN
The word Hith finds its root in Sanskrit meaning benevolence. Thus it is about being ‘Hithkar’ – that which is good for you and not necessarily pleasurable. It formed with the union of two mindsets; one coming from advertising and later taking up yoga as way of living influenced a management consultant to spread the mission of yoga to people who were fighting daily battles due to modern way of living.

I joined Hith Yoga to help people struggling with today’s lifestyle and lifestyle related issues. Having worked in for companies in Management Consulting, Retail, Oil and Gas sector after graduating from IIT Bombay in 2004, I came across the dire need of individuals to live a happy and healthy life; I found many of my colleagues grappling with serious health issues at a very young age! These issues have continued to grow at an alarming rate but on the contrary many people have still continued to ignore these until they face acute health problems. I work towards bringing in the best solutions to these problems by bringing in experts from field of Yoga and alternate therapies and currently looking after operations and marketing at Hith Yoga. I am Yoga Siromani from Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Dhanwantari Ashram, Kerala. I am also an NLP Practitioner and a Pranic healer
