Amina Mam organized this session for the stress Management. every one enjoyed a lot and excited excited the more session with Iyengar Yogamandala. This is the best yoga class. I am an ardent yoga practitioner for the past 15 years. I found the greatest fulfilment in the Iyengar form of yoga and have embraced it totally. This would not have happened without Amina ma'am. Amina embodies the perfect spirit of a great teacher. Clarity in teaching, recognizing the level of a student, motivating & firm. She gives all.....no holding back! Her medical classes are a treat and I was fortunate to assist Amina ma'am. Her patience with patients is amazing and the results even more. Amina is a great student herself. She diligently updates herself by regularly training at RIMYI and several other workshops. And, she makes a point to keep refreshing her classes with her new learning. The environs of yogamandala is another joy.....well equipped with all the props, clean and spacious. Finally, I would just say this... I’ve learnt Iyengar yoga here Iyengar Yogamandala for nealy 3 years. These 3 years experiences make me mature. Amina has much experience and knowledge. Her way of teaching is simple and exact. It was a sheer privilege & good luck , that I got a chance to learn from Ms. Amina Bharatram . She is extremely knowledgeable and technical in her approach . The workshop was beautifully orgainsed . It started and finished right on time . All the basic poses and information was packed into the 2 day workshop. I enjoyed each and every moment spent in the classroom, she made us feel comfortable and at ease . Mam , please count me in for any of your future workshops and classes . Rgrds

The two day workshop was really nice and well organised. Amina is good teacher and found the attention to detail in class very good. The flow was nice and am looking forward to being able to join the classes. Am super glad I managed to do the workshop.

I have just returned from twelve days Char Dham yatra which involved ten days of continuous travel of 1800 kms by bus in the hilly terrain, trek to Kedarnath on pony back and frequent short treks of couple of kms on foot also. That at age 67, I could do all this without any aches and pains and without getting mentally overwhelmed, the credit goes to BKS Iyengar yoga and our dedicated teacher Amina. It also left me wondering- if this is the result with irregular practice ( sorry Amina), what would be the effect on the body and mind with regular practice for which we are being regularly reminded/ reprimanded by our teacher!!! My deep gratitude and big thanks to Guruji and Amina for making this wonderful subject of yoga accessible to all of us

Finally after a journey through many yoga institutes I feel I have reached the final destination .. having a back issue for years generally very stiff body ..being the least flexible in my class .. I still don't feel out of place .. that's the beauty of Iyenger and Amina .. all the props and sharp eye .. I am re learning the meaning of yoga and the way to any asana .. as amina says it shall take me 40!years to learn .. What a journey it's gonna be! Thank you Amina for your patience and passion for teaching .. you are an amazing teacher .. fortunate to have found you and teaching of guru ji through you .. don't give up on me !!!!

The rigour and discipline of the Iyengar approach to wellbeing is unmatched. I'm blessed to have got the opportunity, know it will hold me in good stead in the years to come. Thanks Amina for being the way you are. Wouldn't have it any other way.

Yoga is a journey and I feel blessed that every step of the way I have been guided by guru's who were most apt for the stage I was in. Amina maam came at a time when I was ready to leap and was itching to change. Every class is a revelation of something new and to experience it is both humbling and motivating . She is a teacher with a unique balance of deep understanding,dedication,sternness , compassion and a funny bone which she likes to hide.I would highly recommend her classes to anyone who is seeking to start their yogic journey or looking to expand their spiritual horizons.
