I joined saral yoga 7 years back and never left since then. YOGI SIR has been a great motivator for me..i lost almost 20 kg's under his guidance...the best thing about Yogi sir is he never stop motivating and inspiring. He support his students in every possible way and his approach is very practical.. He help me to achieve goals which I never felt were possible. He has not only taught us yoga but also taught us to bring a positive change in our lifestyle by changing our eating habits, controlling stress etc..can't thank him enough.

I joined Saral Yoga few months back and it has been a life changing experience for me. Best part of entire yoga session is the relaxed environment in which Yoga sir conduct the class and push every one to give his or her best to perform asanas and postures. He will constantly explain the benefits of particular positions and take care of specific issues or problems one may have before coming to class. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions and experiencing great impact on my mind and body. Sir always encourage every participant to perform as per his or her ability and then take it to next level while pushing the limits. One of the best yoga sessions I ever attended. My association with yogi Sir and Saral yoga goes way back, around 7 years. I started yoga when I didn’t even know what it was. Yogi Sir made it feel so easy and doable and with remarkable results. Since then yoga at this center has become a part of life and yogi Sir has practically become family. I highly recommend it.

I had a great experience at saral yoga. It is not only a yoga centre but a holistic development centre. Yogi Sir and his team are a like a family. I felt mentally, physically and spiritually rejuvenated. Also the Ayurvedic massages are very relaxing. God bless yogi sir and his team.

Despite of hearing so much about Yoga and knowing the benefits, I never got the courage to start practicing it, as I always used to feel that it is very time consuming, difficult and it won't be possible to manage it with busy schedule at office and home. However,....sooner or later, one realizes that Health is the Actual Wealth!! And one should NOT COMPROMISE on a healthy lifestyle. So I decided to give Yoga a try and after meeting Yogi Sir and joining his classes at SaralYoga, I realized that Yoga is definitely difficult for beginners :) :) ....but Yogi Sir really makes it very very simple, motivating and interesting for all his students :) His classes are fun to attend as he makes it easy to understand, takes the pains of doing all aasans along with students, gives individual attention to everyone, explains the details and benefits of each aasan and shares his in-depth knowledge with us....It is so enjoyable and motivating that one gradually realizes the long term benefits and the good difference it makes to our everyday routine !! I would also like take this platform to convey a Big Thank You to Yogi Sir for all his teachings, efforts and the great work he does !! I DEFINITELY recommend his classes to all.

It’s been 2 months I am associated with Saral yoga ..I have been facing issues of thyroid, breathing and joint pains and was not at all Motivated to practise yoga but after joining Saral yoga my thoughts are completely changed towards yoga and the credits go to Yogi sir .He understood my health related problems more than me and has been a motivator for me to practise yoga for a healthy mind and body . He is an immense knowledge of yoga along with a being a great philosopher and guide .He takes care and guide his each and every student in every possible way.I am glad I got associated with Saral Yoga and Yogi sir. My daughter is also associated with Saral yoga and Yogi Sir is a very good motivator to her as well . Thank you sir for your guidance and motivation.

Having a real good experience. Specially after pregnancy, I had lost flexibility and always had back ache and knee aches, but it just seems that it never existed after doing yoga for 4 months only! Would really recommend #SaralYoga as no where else will you get an amazing teacher as Yogi Sir and time flexibiltiy!! They run the class for almost entire day you could say!! So you won’t have any time issues!!
