I joined saral yoga 7 years back and never left since then. YOGI SIR has been a great motivator for me..i lost almost 20 kg's under his guidance...the best thing about Yogi sir is he never stop motivating and inspiring. He support his students in every possible way and his approach is very practical.. He help me to achieve goals which I never felt were possible. He has not only taught us yoga but also taught us to bring a positive change in our lifestyle by changing our eating habits, controlling stress etc..can't thank him enough.

Best part of entire yoga session is the relaxed environment in which Yoga sir conduct the class and push every one to give his or her best to perform asanas and postures. He will constantly explain the benefits of particular positions and take care of specific issues or problems one may have before coming to class. I thoroughly enjoy the sessions and experiencing great impact on my mind and body. Sir always encourage every participant to perform as per his or her ability and then take it to next level while pushing the limits. One of the best yoga sessions I ever attended. YOU MUST TRY ONCE and you will not leave it ever:-)
