I can't thank Smita ma'am enough for her patient guidance and intelligent design of this program. More than just losing weight, this is a well balanced and healthy way of mindfulness. Trying my best to follow the instructions, I have been able to lose 2 kgs, improve the quality of sleep and refine my daily yoga practice with increased flexibility. Although in each session it felt like u were getting at is with such revenge 😋, but it's all worth it when looking back! You have given a whole new meaning to consistent simple efforts like regular activity, zero sugar, abundant warm water, daily walks in this program.
