I have been regular to Yogalife. The Yoga here has helped me greatly. Thanks to these regular Yoga classes that my all parameters are at normal level despite a very hectic schedule. Smita ma'am is one of the best Yoga teachers you can ever have as she constantly keeps ensuring that our postures are correct and we put in our best. 90 Minutes of daily Yoga classes energises us for the whole day. The class is full of so much positive energy that if once we start it is almost impossible to skip the daily routine. Thanks a lot Smita Ma'am for constantly working towards ensuring our well being and good health.

I have been practising yoga on and off since many years but last year when I was unable to go out due to COVID situations, my niece suggested joining Smita’s online Sivananda yoga classes. Believe me this is one of the best things to have happened in my life.
Smita is very punctual and systematic. Yog asanas are designed in such a way that each and every part of your body is taken care of.
Before joining, I used to wear knee cap while exercising, due to pain in my right knee. I did not even realise how and when my knee pain is completely gone due to yoga, it’s such a relief.
I also joined Smita’s weight loss program, lost 4 kg in one month and aim to continue following her instructions on yoga and diet program in order to loose some more weight.
Overall I find this program a very healthy way of loosing and maintaining the lost weight and highly recommend it to every body.

Smita ma'am is one of the most dedicated and experienced teachers that I have come across and practising in her class in the school is a different experience all together , something that can only be experienced and not described.What sets her apart from other yoga teachers is her discipline for the practice and the fact that she never pushes you to do an asana.She understands intuitively the strengths and limitations of each student and helps us build on the strengths while overcoming the limitations with patience and regular practice. I can't thank Smita ma'am enough for her patient guidance and intelligent design of this program. More than just losing weight, this is a well balanced and healthy way of mindfulness. Trying my best to follow the instructions, I have been able to lose 2 kgs, improve the quality of sleep and refine my daily yoga practice with increased flexibility. Although in each session it felt like u were getting at is with such revenge 😋, but it's all worth it when looking back! You have given a whole new meaning to consistent simple efforts like regular activity, zero sugar, abundant warm water, daily walks in this program.

Great experience learning the practice of yoga over the Internet. Despite being on Zoom, the quality of sessions is always great. Smita ji always pays lot of attention to the detail and I am always amazed by her eagle eye providing feedback on finer points during the poses. The sessions are well designed and very methodical, and I have greatly benefitted from joining the practice, and would highly recommend Sivananda Yogalife to anyone interested in following the practice of Yoga.
