Unexpectedly I had to leave India and
move back to the West. I left the area
where I was living with dierent feelings. I
was determined to keep my spirit up
though being 5 months pregnant. My last
month in India I spent in this beautiful
area with yogi Shashi Kant as my teacher.
It helped me so much to work on my
tness ready for labor

Whenever I returned to India since then, I

My experience at MAHARISHI YOGA was great, I learnt a lot from the fantastic and experienced teachers . They are very dedicated and passionate about Yoga tradition. If you want to learn from the source, I recommend you to join this school. The location is the best as it is outside Rishikesh, very quiet and green. The food was delicious and healthy, after a month I can see the changes in my digestive system. Accommodation was simple but clean, and you have everything you need. I could write a book about my positive experience, it was everything I expected.
