Thank you for this incredible experience. Knowing nothing about yoga, I learned a lot during these three weeks. The teachers are of full skilled. I really appreciated the complete aspect of the training which combines practical yoga and meditation courses with theoretical anatomy and philosophy courses.

It's a wonderful place full of great energy, with amazing people around. For everyone that is looking for answers, looking to grow their strength, bring balance to their life, learn more about yoga, socialize... Honestly you could not find a better place❤️ School takes cares of their students so much, you'll feel really safe over here. Food is amazing 👌Also the location on a Rishikesh Vinyasa Yoga School is great, close to the mountains but still close enough to the center of you need some shopping, quiet and peaceful place 🥰🤗

And the group, the vibe they brought to this month, make this trip extraordinary and special. So much positivity! Love this town, this trip, this school. And thank you for everything. Learn so much.

Best meditation center of north india. I enjoyed a lot. My first day was very stressful my soul was still suffering with work and existence. Last day of camp was totally strange it was like a new world. tension free,more confident,light body and enthusiastic towards work. Doing my 200 hour yoga & meditation teacher training course at the Mantra Yoga & Meditation School in Rishikesh is an experience I will never forget. I learned a lot about yoga, far beyond just the physical asana practice. All of the teachers are extremely knowledgeable and supportive (and understanding when we had a million questions about something) and great at teaching at a level we could all understand. I definitely have a lot more to learn but this was a great start of my journey. A huge thank you to not just the teachers, but also the management team for making everything run smoothly, the phenomenal kitchen staff for feeding us the most delicious (and healthy food), and our wonderful photographer for documenting this entire month.

I booked a meditation teacher and Sound healing training course (200 hours) with this school in Rishikesh and left the course half way as the school could not deliver what they promised. The schedule did not add up to the hours necessary for such a course (Yoga Alliance Standards), there was no manual until the middle of the course and the manual we then received did not cover the most important aspects for teaching meditation. When friendly talking to them about these issues some of them got really defensive and aggressive. They changed the information on the homepage after we talked to them (before we were supposed to learn 20+ techniques and they changed it to 15+). And there were even more issues. In the first week lot of classes did not take place? No way to learn the supposed content within the schedule time frame. I cannot recommend this place at all. I did not feel safe in this place anymore and the learning environment was really bad. All matters could have simply been solved. Instead they was really bad communication from the school and they started lying to us. Please go somewhere else to learn about meditation and have a peaceful inner journey!
