Hi am Catherine, i gained 25kgs more after my delivery.Tried many ways...Somehow didn't work-out....I lost 10kgs within 6 months in sahaja yoga centre....Both (Kavitha & her husband) teach yoga tips very effectively & patiently. A separate lady for massage (Jhansi) even she is good at her work...Thanks for the team.

I had been to this yoga center in 2006 with severe indigestion problem . This was not settled with doctors nor medicines. It was finally the yoga classes here which helped me. I could make the difference right from first day. Thanks a lot Sai sahaja yoga centre. It has been 10 years since i have been practicing the yoga asanas.
