Adishakti Yogashala

I have just completed the most fantastic, inspiring, informative yoga teacher training course at Adishakti Yogashala. I didn't stay at their guest house Pachamama, because I live somewhere already but it's a wonderful place to stay while doing the course . Lovely rooms and balcony space overlooking lovely lush green gardens, and all of the food made for us was made with care and consideration while during the course, delicious healthy meals every day. All the teachers have been absolutely amazing. Their knowledge, care, compassion, support, guidance, humour, and love has been absolutely incredible. They have patience to us as a group and on an individual basis as well. The theory classes were full of such in-depth topics I have learnt so much from each and every class. The Asana classes have taught me so much too. Manoj's classes were extra special with his meditation, pranayama, mudras and yoga nidra included in the classes. Sujeesh is an incredibly patient, excellent ashtanga teacher. Anil's alignment and adjustment classes were so beneficial to fully understand the postures. I have learnt so much from each teacher due to their knowledge and teachings. I am so very grateful for everything that they have a shared. I highly recommend this yoga school for anyone interested in studying a yoga teacher training course due to the structure of their courses, the lessons and in-depth knowledge and general all-round excellent customer care to all of the students and guests. Highly recommended.

I made the best decision of my life to choose such a wonderful TTC with absolutely fantastic teachers. I love every minute of it. Would recommend to everyone who would like gain knowledge of yoga and Ayurveda in traditional Indian way. Definitely coming back next year for more. Adiskhati Yogashala thank you for everything !!!!!
