Had an amazing class here! Ramesh is a wonderful teacher. I ended up being the only one to attend, so was fortunate enough to enjoy a one on one experience. If I had not already signed up for a teacher training elsewhere this place would be my first choice. He is great with adjustments and creates several periods of meditation during class. Also, his newly renovated studio is beautiful! I highly recommend checking it out.

Amazing! I am looking forward to going back for more classes in this studio. Very patient and knowledgeable teacher. My partner also enjoyed the class much more than others we have tried together.

Wonderful yoga place close to Varkala North Cliff. The classes include asana, pranayama, relaxation and meditation. Conducted in calm and peaceful atmosfere. I recommend Nidra Yoga Foundation <3

An excellent teacher. I was holidaying in Varkala and wanted to do some yoga but had a limited window each day which meant I couldn't join the usual morning and evening classes. Ramesh very kindly gave me two weeks of one-on-one introduction to yoga. He is a patient yet extremely knowledgeable yoga teacher and was diligent in stressing the importance of the meditative and breathing aspects of the discipline in addition to the usual poses. I cannot recommend Ramesh and Nidra Yog highly enough. PS I got to see the new yoga studio that Ramesh was constructing before I left and just the marble floors alone are beautiful.
