Various styles of yoga combine physical postures, breathing techniques, and meditation or relaxation. Our mission is to reach as many people as possible with high-quality affordable yoga classes. Sree pranavam yoga is a well established yoga training institution. With 2 new branches we are trying to make yoga available to every common man in wayanad. Apart from yoga we provide meditation camps, reiki healing, yoga packages for tourists, Counselling etc. To make yoga accessible for the common people in Wayanad we came up with the Monday to Friday yoga batch. There are 6 batches daily. 2 mixed batches for families, 1 for men and 3 for women. One regular batch will be for 1 hour duration which will include yoga, meditation and theory. Our classes are different from other yoga centers because we don't follow in a syllabus based education. Our classes are targeted at all the age groups and covers your physical, mental and social health.
