Bindu Village, a rising tourism vilage, is located at Mekar Bhuwana Village, Abiansemal, Badung. It is started as a cultural oasiss in the central Badung area by many. In addition, Bindu Village has a group of neighboring villages including the famous Ubud Village in Gianyar Regency. This geographical location arguably guarantees its amazingly preserved natural environment and quality art scene that provides this village a uge potential of being a leading eco-cultural-tourism destination in the future. Currently, Bindu Village offers several tourism attractions that are suitable for individual travelers and families who crave for cultural and adventurous activities. Those attraction ranges from trekking to participating in yoga and meditation sessions in the middle of an herb garden and paddy fields. Among others, one of Bindu Village’s newest attractions is The Jungle River Tubing activity. About Us As a matter of fact, Bindu Village is not promoted to be a tourism village by the Badung Regency Government. Nevertheless, the village located in Central Badung is thronged by tourists because of its unique nature and charm of the beautiful village. There are always tourists having a promenade to see the activities of local community, traditional houses and get involved in farming activity every day. This village is like a cultural oasis in the region of Central Badung Geographically, the village is adjacent to Ubud area and retains many famous artists, so it never lacks of the art performances. In the field of drama gong (traditional theater), it has some famous artists like I Wayan Lodra (as viceroy) and Gangsar or known as Mungkreg serving as the amusing clown-servant. Meanwhile, other arts consist of also cak a cappella, palegongan and mask dance. With such a great potential, Bindu Village is now developing into a new destination better known as tourism village.
