Art of Life Retreats

Reboot your life with a week filled with yoga, meditation, raw vegan cuisine and healing workshops. A time to play – a time to just be. Whether you are a beginner or want to extend your knowledge in movement, or experienced and want to gain deeper skills, this is for those wanting to make radical shifts into a more vibrant more energetic way of being.   We’ll be creating space to cultivate energy and then apply it to deepen our intuition and connection to ourselves, to gain clarity in our mental awareness, to manifest our intentions and step into our heart centered self. There will be sessions in self healing, and debunking old programming, as well as looking into the control settings of limited patterns to ultimately come closer to restoring their factory settings. We are coming together to catalyze change! A retreat for those wanting to learn and explore different techniques that empower your well-being to a whole new level.   Clear out and let go of the old and make room for new positive energy and vitality!
