Power Of Now Oasis Yoga Studio

We have a variety of different Yoga classes running daily by both Western and local teachers. No booking is necessary. Some classes are more suited for beginners and some other are more dynamic. You can come over at the studio, we will help you to choose the classes that are the most adapted to your profile. Private sessions for individuals or groups are also available. Please read teacher profiles to meet our teachers and our class descriptions to help you choose a class. We also often have visiting guest teachers from around the world come to share their practice with us here in Bali.

We are happy to work with teachers/ retreat facilitators/ workshop leaders who are looking for a special venue. We love connecting with fantastic teachers, so if you also love Bali, the ocean, sustainable/healthy living, and helping others.

Enjoy the sea breeze as you practise upstairs in the open space of our eco-friendly, 100% bamboo, turtle shaped studio. Listen to the birds sing, and be sure to meet or listen to Angelique, our very special, sacred Balinese cow, as she wanders the gardens giving her instructions –“moo-omm”. She is our head meditation teacher, and guru extraordinaire.

Downstairs in the chill space, all are welcome to relax and enjoy the harmony, listen to some peaceful tunes, play with any of the instruments, or read a wide range of books on all sorts of topics. You will probably meet some of our teachers or regular visitors with whom you can chat about Yoga, life, the universe…

Replenish your energy with a healthy juice, organic teas and coffee. There is a small shop with yoga and health products. The genuinely friendly staff is happy to point you in the right direction of many of Bali’s amazing attractions, or help in any way they can./

Outside you can also do some Hammock therapy… It’s free and easy… Just swing, breath, swing, while you watch the waves and activities in the picturesque lagoon. Surfing, SUP, sailing and snorkelling tours are all available on our doorstep.

Our shrine is the ocean. A rich and active local community still thrives in this area. A traditional fishing fleet is based out front. A 5min walk on the beach front will take you to local markets, kite flying area and a special temple on the beach used daily for offerings and regular ceremonies.

The clear waters of the coral lagoon along with the white sandy beach, coconut palms and genuinely friendly community atmosphere make this still a special part of Bali. Power of Now Oasis is a very special Yoga studio, blessed to be located here.

Power of Now Oasis was built to share Yoga, Meditation, Holistic treatments and info, fun, promote happiness and harmony, and most of all to give back and help anyone we can.At the Oasis we try to keep it ‘real’ although recognising ‘each to their own’. We are open minded not motivated commercially and believe in the authentic essence of Yoga. Be true to yourself, or as one of our favourite gurus, Sri Ramana Maharshi simply says ‘Who am I’.

The studio was built to help anyone we can, but especially all the kids from Jodie O’Shea Orphanage. Since the start we have been blessed and the studio is very successful, so we operate in a semi non profit way.

We now also support two other children foundations. The kids are the main beneficiaries, and actually will own 50% of the studio one day.We love the Sanur area, and respect the local community by supporting them also. We are a fully legal company that respects the local laws. All our Western employees have real work permits, we endeavour to pay all our staff fair wages.We hope Power of Now Oasis continues for many years, helping, guiding and bringing joy to many people.
