Our 300 hour yoga teacher trainings are directed toward existing 200 Hour Yoga Teachers who are ready to increase the efficiency and power with which they teach. The course presents an in-depth study of: Asana (posture), Advanced Anatomy, Advanced & Intelligent Sequencing, Advanced Pranayama (breathing practices), Advanced Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Prana and the Energetic Body, Adjustments, Developing a Personal Meditation Practice for yourself, How to Develop a Meaningful Private Session,and Workshop/Retreat Program, and Teaching Special Populations as well as other essential tools to advance your career opportunities and your personal practice
As a Graduate, you will:
• Receive individual teaching guidance – 20 students accepted per course only for maximum learning opportunity
• Expand your anatomical knowledge and application to the skeletal variations of your students
• Expand personal asana knowledge by knowledge of the anatomical shape, energetic benefits, mythology connections, transitions between asana, and how to teach from a value add perspective
• Be creative and adventurous with intelligent yoga sequencing through anatomy, themes, philosophy and more
• Be an effective and intelligent class planner
• Master fundamental teaching skills including the mastery of your verbal communication
• Be a more confident teacher to guide multi-level classes, and teaching of special populations
Opportunity to Practice on real customers and teach full 90 minute Vinyasa & Yin classes

Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program will provide you with a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of yoga, expand your skills and open yourself up to moving closer to your most authentic self and learn how to share your passion with the world around you.
We made the choice of running our 200 Hour YTT over 24 days where most of the schools in Bali offer it over around 20 days. By doing this, we want to allow our students more reasonable studying days (9 hours against 12!).
Be open to change, be open to the unexpected presenting itself during this intensive practice.
Be prepared to be honest with yourself, to give yourself to each moment that comes to you, and to be receptive to seeing things from a totally different perspective than where you started.

Our 50-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program will provide you with a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of yin yoga, expand your skills and open yourself up to moving closer to your most authentic self – and learn how to share your passion with the world around you.
This 7 day yoga teacher training intensive will place demands on your comfort zones, inspire incredible self-esteem and self-respect both as a teacher and as an individual as well as transform your ability to feel connected to yourself and to others.
We will be working together in a small team, so each session will be a powerful opportunity to get to better know yourself, and those around you, supporting each other and helping each other grow and move forward as you make those steps of transitioning from student to teacher. This type of work becomes really powerful when a small group of people, all ready to break open and find out what really drives them, come together for the purpose of learning, self development, and enriching their own human experience.
