Our structured offerings in the yoga studio include a unique blend of Hatha and Tantra Yoga, designed by our teacher to help restore your flexibility and circulation to healthy states.

Primarily focusing on contemporary interpretations of Indonesian vegetarian and pescatarian dishes, the Restaurant at Honai will be a highlight of your retreat. Each meal is prepared to the highest international standards from natural, organic, locally sourced ingredients.
Perhaps the best thing about the restaurant is the flexibility of our culinary staff- we allow each guest to create their own menu or we will work with you to ensure you get exactly the taste and nutrition you desire. Amazing isn't it!!
