Enriched by my 15 years of Balinese life, I am keen to transmit to you an inspiring Art of Living which is based on Yoga & Balinese Meditation. I work with many tools, such as Rituals, Intentions, Values of Life, Harmony of Body and Mind, and Gratitude.
Also I use Nature as a mirror to our life. The Balinese use these teachings from childhood, they live in serenity and joy, nourished by our two worlds: the visible and the invisible. They naturally link the Sanskri-Yogi texts to the symbolism of Life.
Everything is cycle, energy, movement in oneself, with others, with nature, and in our societies. It is up to everyone to become aware of it and simply live it.
To anchor our habits of Well-Being, I developed this Balinese Art of Living, in order to navigate in Serenity in this world in full transition.
It's up to us to create a better world, for ourselves and for all generations to come.
