Dragon Dive Komodo

Made a booking through an online booking platform, thinking this was an ordinary hotel, was expecting two beds, as this is what the listing described. On arrival I was told that only one bed was available, which was a problem, since there were two of us men. No effort was made to help us at all. Not to change our room or provide a second room. The entire time, the owner acted as if it’s my fault for somehow not reading the listing, which makes no sense, as the listing clearly indicated two beds. In person, he verbally agreed to a refund and it said he would help contact the booking platform to process it. He then lied to the online booking platform so that they refused our refund, so I had to pay for a room that I was not able to use. This is a highly unscrupulous individual, it amazes me that he apparently leads dive trips and people put their lives in his hands. Scary.

I had an excellent three dives on a day trip with Dragon Dive Komodo. I was given a refresher dive in the pool the day before as it was a few years since I last went diving. Thank you to Kevin, Martin and the rest of the team for a great experience.
