We are devoted to movement, meditation, music and nature and offer a variety of classes for all ranges of motion. Come get fit, have fun, relax and experience your natural state of bliss.
Our vision is to create the environment for you to learn, grow and come alive whether in a class, workshop or retreat. At Gili Yoga, we are blessed with beach-living, surrounded by the healing nature of the ocean and tropics. We are passionate about sharing yoga, pranayama, meditation, play, community and delicious, healthy food as tools to awakening to your full potential. Our retreats serve as an opportunity for you to immerse yourself in a holistic, healing lifestyle with like-minded friends with tools for you to carry upwards and onwards into your life from here.
We balance heat building, cleansing practices with nurturing self-care to create an experience that energizes and inspires as well as softens and soothes. You will find yourself cleansing effortlessly, laughing often and enjoying the fullness of life.
