About Us WELCOME to Chandra Yoga, an experience evolved from traditional practices. We aim to support you throughout your yoga training beyond just the physical practice of yoga. We don’t advocate a specific style of yoga, but will support development of your body, mind and spirit through teaching the principles of movement-asana, awareness-meditation, intention-Sankalpa, and breath-pranayama. These principles form the foundation of our classes. We welcome all levels – from beginners through to those more experienced in their yoga practice. Our teachers are mindfully present to support our students at each level within our classes and are committed to creating a space where our community feels comfortable. As an inclusive and kind community we invite you to leave the outside world behind, immerse yourself in positive vibes and join us on your yoga journey. ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS We acknowledge the origins of yoga from India which were developed over 5,000 years ago. We are committed to honouring the roots of yoga in all of our classes and sessions.
