Our Yoga teacher training in Costa Rica are held in the untouched Osa Peninsula. She began her career as a personal trainer for private and corporate clients. As she continued her own journey of personal growth through the study of yoga and other spiritual disciplines and exploring the connection between food and health, her work has continued to evolve.
