Namaste House, Yoga School & Studio, In this Yin Yoga Foundations training you will learn about the anatomy of the body’s soft tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia), the energetic system (chi, prana, meridians), how to incorporate meditation, and of course, the major poses of Yin Yoga.
This Easter Yoga Retreat is an endeavor to bring together the physical, spiritual aspect of yoga, and combine it with the values, beliefs, and practices of the land where it stemmed from. This retreat is designed to create memories of a lifetime as we embrace the rich heritage, people, food of one of the oldest civilizations in history.

Vinyasa Yoga starts your day and then you can relax poolside Jamboree Creek has a beautiful swimming pool, or go to the beach - there is private access for guests to enjoy a quiet strip of Ashwem beach. After lunch, you can hang out and read in a selection of hammocks and seats to sit and watch the creek, before your evening yoga class.

Meditation Mantra Retreat, is a powerful tool to clear the subconscious mind and according to Yogi Bhajan, master of Kundalini yoga, clear deep-seated blocks. He also said this mantra could balance the hemispheres of the brain and bring patience and compassion to the listener.
The full 200-hour training fee is €2,550. Deposit of €300 is due on acceptance. Deposit is non-refundable. Flexible payment plan is available to pay €425 monthly x 6 months.
This training will focus on the benefits of Yin Yoga on the physical, energetic, and emotional bodies. We will investigate the foundational shapes of Yin Yoga, understanding the method of this practice and exploring appropriate ways of modifying poses to meet individual needs. Upon completion of the training, you will feel confident teaching Yin Yoga and also fielding students’ questions with confidence and clarity.
Postural Alignment, Adjustments, Anatomy. This is your chance to dedicate yourself to the practice of yoga. Friends made during your YTT are yours for life.
This Yin Yoga Training offers an opportunity to explore Yin Asana, Anatomy, Theory, and Philosophy. Yin Yoga targets the deep connective tissues, increases circulation of energy/prana/chi improving flexibility and stamina of the mind and body. Working with the meridian lines in the body, yin can work therapeutically with the body's own intelligence and intuition. There will also be an introduction to Restorative Practices: Restorative Yoga offers a chance to soften, melt and drift dissolving unwanted stress and busy life syndromes, and Yoga Nidra explores the state of consciousness between awake and asleep. It is a very powerful meditation tool that delivers satisfying and profound relaxation.
