My first time taking Yoga & Meditation class in Milano. I had a great experience, the instructor would come and make adjustment and explain to me in English as I don't speak Italian. The class seems comprehensive focused on yogic breathing, strengthening and stretching. I stayed for a meditation class right after by singing and chanting mantras and sutra. Overall the people are very nice and helpful guiding for my needs.

I took my very first lesson in a classroom and with a teacher a few months ago. To be honest, I had applied for a lesson because the school is still a few minutes' drive away and without any expectations. I wanted to experience what it would feel like to practice with a group of peers. It's chemistry and energy after all and my very first experience was excellent. I met good people who immediately made me feel at ease and a good teacher who knows how to communicate in the simplest way possible. He is well prepared and I totally trusted him. I needed, in this moment of mine on earth, something that I had been looking for for a long time. I'm on the right track. I feel. Thanks to Daniele and staff
I attended yoga retreats and festivals in Spain as well as in Italy but once they ended, everyone went back on their own path, re-led their lives and I would never see them again. In the last retreat organized by Daniele and staff's Authentic school I experienced new vibrations, stronger and more solid energy. I believe because the souls I have had the opportunity to meet and with whom I still practice at the center are united by the same goal. Finishing the retreat wasn't easy at all. Nobody wanted to leave anymore. On the other hand, this time it would have been a brief goodbye because the next day we would have found ourselves in class exchanging feedback with the desire written on our faces to participate in another yoga retreat. I can not wait. The meditative, energizing, flow practices and especially the Mantra chants have awakened something in me that I had been dormant for some time. But I knew I hid it well. If you intend to pique your curiosity and dive in with your eyes closed without expectations, well, do it and you won't regret it. It took me a couple of days to understand that what I had just experienced was not a dream but a pure life experience. Thanks a lot!

I've been practicing for a year and I must say that yoga has changed me. I was lucky to find Daniele, an attentive and above all very competent teacher who knows how to convey his love for yoga. Don't call it a gym, it's really a school, for me a great school of life. I arrived on tiptoe and hesitantly instead found a wonderful family that I never want to leave again. Absolutely recommended for those seeking authenticity, well-being and frankness. Each lesson manages to add positive energy, Daniele is a person before being a teacher of rare empathy. A special person, concrete but open to a world that I sometimes see as very closed. Every now and then I think, how it would be seen with his eyes. I will find out because it will be difficult to distance myself from this reality in which I have happily landed. All the teachers manage to give something different and this makes us understand how strong humanity is and the sincerity with which everything is addressed in this place that is sacred to me.
