Dana Yoga is a somewhat magical place where Adriano, thanks to his kind, open and sensitive way of sharing (and teaching) yoga practice with his students, manages to touch even the deepest chords of the human soul in listening to himself. It is an approach to yoga practice that I particularly love, one that provides 360° psychophysical well-being through the body and Adriano is very good at guiding people on their own personal path. The couple lesson I did with my partner was truly very beautiful, an exchange of beautiful positive energies.
