Wonderful community! I found these ladies back when i was pregnant with my first boy more than seven years ago, and i have found them useful for many different things in different parts of my mom-journey. Pre-natal yoga, post-natal yoga (with or without baby), music classes, free story reading moments, a spot to breastfeed and chat with other moms, a first aid course in english plus a few other courses along the way, a running-with-baby group (no pressure haha!!) and a shop with beautiful handpicked products for parenthood etc. With the birth of my third baby recently, i also found two incredible doulas through them and i am so glad i did. One thing we really should not do alone is parenting. And this community helped me find my village!

Walking into Kalila Community is like walking into a hug. Kathy is an awesome teacher-- patient, fun, supportive, and great with the kids. She makes you feel like you can actually have a normal life after just having kids and do things for yourself and with the kids.

Kalilacommunity is a welcoming place to support pregnancy and motherhood. There are various courses and specialist consultations designed to help you experience a conscious and tailor-made pregnancy, without any preconceptions or judgement. My experience as a mother has been very positive. However, there is no shortage of yoga options for adults and gentle yoga/gymnastics for seniors. A space for true dialogue and meeting. If it didn't exist we would have to invent it!
