The "Light" - Sanskrit translation of "Jyotir" - is brought by Gaia every lesson thanks to her knowledge, with her inimitable sweetness and smiling at every new challenge. There are no obstacles, but only wonderful discoveries during the journeys that the Asanas allow you to undertake. The expert guidance of Gaia, founder and soul of the studio, together with the passion and involvement of my Shala companions make this place my corner of peace. When I enter the Jyotir studio it is as if I enter a parallel dimension that allows me to get to know myself better and experience my body in a different and special way. Highly recommended obviously :) !!
