During practice, Paola knows how to put everyone at ease, guiding both those who already have experience and those who are new. He also teaches yoga theory, explaining what is behind each asana, and in addition to the more traditional practices he also organizes meditations and special sessions to experiment with different things (yoga nidra, restorative, gong bath, etc.). Thanks to her I was also able to do a yoga retreat, a wonderful relaxing weekend. During the quarantine she also began to organize remote practices with a method that allows her to follow each person, giving personalized advice. For in-person practice, the studio is in a very convenient position, attached to the Porta Genova station. Overall, I absolutely recommend it! 😊
