Excellent center. The teacher is attentive to everyone's needs and is very knowledgeable both in terms of physical aspects and in terms of the philosophy of yoga and meditation. It is no coincidence that in this center, in addition to hata yoga lessons, it is possible to attend gong baths and Kriya yoga seminars.

Perfect place for those who are true "seekers"... Kriya yoga, Siddhanath yoga, children's yoga, gong baths and much more... all in an environment that instils tranquility and peace. Excellent lessons, never boring, which bring mind, body and spirit into harmony. Super-Recommended!
