My experience in the Mindfulness course was very positive, I was able to gradually notice improvements in my daily life immediately, thanks to practice and thanks to the precious moments of reflection and sharing. Personally, I am now calmer, less anxious, more aware of many of my automatisms that I slowly choose to change. This applied to all my daily moments with myself, with my mind and moments of relationship with others. I feel more capable of having an impartial look on things, so experiencing certain events, emotions, thoughts more with detachment without sinking into them together, has also helped me to hunt out many things to bring into the psychotherapy I'm doing. I observe myself more, I feel my body more and through its observation you can get to the mind. I highly recommend this course 🌸
