Mindfulness Per Tutti

It was a very positive experience that gave me a lot to my personal growth. When I arrived I lacked the awareness of the daily life that I did automatically. Now I can focus my attention on the small gestures and actions I carry out during the day. I also got to know my body in the small segments that were previously unknown and unappreciated. We managed to create a good harmony in the groups with moments of great intimacy, collaboration and mutual help, in particular the comparison helped me a lot. Surely this loving climate was created thanks to Sophie, a person full of empathy and compassion towards us. She guided us with so much love, she was our "stick". The journey has begun, now I have to maintain it and dedicate time to myself and to practice to increase awareness of my presence in my life. Thanks to all my traveling companions, thanks Sophie.

I embarked on this path to resume a journey of awareness, of the body, of the emotions and thoughts that often create so much suffering and tension. Sophie supported us with patience, attention, respecting our difficulties, helping us to practice non-judgment. A nice group was created in which we supported each other. Now that it's over, I observe the feeling of melancholy that arises but I know that it's just a thought to let go of

Although short-lived, thanks to the journey of four meetings that I undertook, guided by the sensitivity of Sophie Liberatore, I understood how important it is to get in touch with oneself. Closing your eyes and inhaling deeply brings your mind and body closer together, giving you moments of precious inner peace. Now I have to figure out how to extend it! Thank you, Sophie😊

Sophie led us along the route in a kind and professional way, she led the group with great experience. During the journey I approached Mindfulness gradually and gradually understood the help that this discipline can give to our mind.

I attended the retreat in mid-November and I wanted to share my joy at having been part of this wonderful, touching and profound experience, with Sophie's sweet and safe guidance and immersed in a natural setting that was the perfect setting for the retreat. My experience in the Mindfulness course was very positive, I was able to gradually notice improvements in my daily life immediately, thanks to practice and thanks to the precious moments of reflection and sharing. Personally, I am now calmer, less anxious, more aware of many of my automatisms that I slowly choose to change. This applied to all my daily moments with myself, with my mind and moments of relationship with others. I feel more capable of having an impartial look on things, so experiencing certain events, emotions, thoughts more with detachment without sinking into them together, has also helped me to hunt out many things to bring into the psychotherapy I'm doing. I observe myself more, I feel my body more and through its observation you can get to the mind. I highly recommend this course 🌸

I recently finished an individual journey with Sophie. The experience is very beautiful and useful. It allowed me to begin a fascinating and motivational internal and external journey, which I never imagined could be such. Mindfulness is a practice that can be useful to everyone, in my specific case it was very useful to start it to reduce stress and anxiety, worries about more or less important things, trying to listen to myself more and kindly appreciating the life and everything that can happen on a daily basis, without judging or judging me. Sophie is a very good coach, a very human and accommodating person. I don't rule out starting a group journey as soon as possible.

Whatever the purpose or idea that leads to choosing a Mindfulness path, beyond what the expectations may be, and it is wrong that there are any, it helps to focus attention on the here and now. At the end of this interesting journey I realized that I have not changed, but a change is underway in my approach to events and it is an important step for oneself. With time and with the awareness achieved, real change will be possible. Thanks to Sophie for the time she dedicated to us.

In 8 weeks we spent a journey full of useful moments to get to know ourselves and we learned how to manage many conflicts within ourselves and also with our relationships with the world outside of us... a wonderful experience together with an expert and very good guide , Dr. Sophi, who introduced us to a profound world that exists in each of us... both during the sessions and exercises to do during the week with the handouts on awareness, it was an awakening and rediscovery of many lost abilities of every being human.. this course changes our destructive habits in a very pleasant way and alternates with the loving, kind and aware way towards ourselves and also others.. advisable for everyone at all ages…

Taking care of yourself is always a good idea! This journey reminded me that we need to treat ourselves (ourselves) well, with kindness, understanding and without judgment. The practice of mindfulness also makes us reflect on this, on points that seem obvious but that perhaps we have forgotten in a thousand daily commitments, or that are suffocated in useless relationships. Convinced that I had to change something in my way of being but not knowing where to start, I started the Mindfullness journey with Sophie. A positive experience because I know I can count on the tools I have acquired. I put into "practice" what the journey has taught me. Finding myself in Mindfulness was a beautiful discovery.

Really live This is Mindfulness. I learned to move, eat and speak with awareness. Concentrating on the breath and feeling it throughout our body means living in the present moment without thinking about the future or the past but only about the present.
