In the heart of Rome, an excellent, welcoming and bright Pilates centre. The teachers are very professional and offer multiple types of lessons to meet the different needs of customers. We offer group lessons on the reformer and mat tower, but also personal lessons for the most demanding clients or to follow programs necessary for specific pathologies. All lessons stand out for their good pace and variety as well as for their seriousness and competence.

Enter through a small green door, enjoy the smell of the flowers blooming in spring and the jasmine climbing the walls... here two fantastic, kind and highly trained teachers will welcome you! Excellent equipment for both Mat and Ref! Since I started pilates with them 4 years ago my life has changed... and now I can't do without it anymore! Super recommended!!! PS. For those with a car: multi-level parking (Parking Via Giulia) less than 300 meters away!
